The tower will be located on Puerto Madero’s Dock 1, within the multiple-use project Madero Harbour. The building is designed by the prestigious Architect Carlos Ott, who sought to create a groundbreaking architectural icon. This is an unprecedented tower, of modern sculptural design, that boasts unique river and city views. The project is led by Urgell-Penedo-Urgell. Harbour Tower arrived to change the Buenos Aires skyline forever.

Harbour Tower´s modern and sculptural design will feature the best river and city views. The exclusive 1-to-4-bedroom residences present innovatively designed balconies, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a 3-meter interior height.

Custom floor plants can be designed to fit the unique taste of each owner, they all feature 360° views, and private infinity edge swimming pool. All top floors will have exclusive direct-entry elevators. All units have private balconies and foyer and boast differently designed facades. The last 2 stories feature the penthouse, a duplex with private pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, barbecue grill, for large suites, office, service room, double circulation and terrace-style balconies.

Endless possibilities

52 stories / 1-4 bedroom units with river and city views / custom floor plans and exclusive penthouse on floors 51-52 / free height on 3,4 and 8 meter floor plans / 12-meter grand lobby / Environmental design and construction.

The result is a complex and varied structure with panoramic river and city views. The geometry, with a broken perimeter, multiplies the number of corners and angled windows, making the most of the different orientations and perspectives from the internal spaces, accentuated by the angled position of the building in relation to Puerto Madero. It’s more than a building; it’s a large-scale sculpture that marks a milestone of urban design and one of the most emblematic projects of the country.
